Security of our customer’s data is the top agenda for Congruent Solutions. We have put in place a combination of virtual and physical security practices. None of the terminals have hard disks or provision to use any other storage device. We have a thorough background check done before an offer is made. Further, we also bind the employee through a non-disclosure agreement.
Background Checks and Non-Disclosurewe do background checks for all the employees as a part of our recruitment process. All employees sign a non-disclosure agreement that binds him or her to a set of legally enforceable clauses to ensure confidentiality.
Physical SecurityAccess control at Congruent's offshore delivery center is enforced through swipe cards. Only authorized personnel have physical access to the work area.
Network SecurityCongruent ensures complete network security through Virtual Local Area Networks (VLANs). VLANs are restricted network spaces that allow only authorized team members to access client related information. To protect Congruent's network from intrusions, we have Firewalls and Routers as well.
Desktop SecurityCongruent does not run any software or store any data in its server. Congruent’s Administrators work on the client’s staging server remotely and they do not download any data from the staging server. Congruent’s Administrators cannot copy any data into their Desktops. Information such as census data, and fund statements are accessed through secure, password protected, FTP sites that do not allow downloads.
All media devices have been disabled. We have also disabled all media extensions such as CD drives, floppy drives, USB port access.
Paperless OfficePrintouts have been disabled on all machines and no papers can be taken into the workspace. We install dual monitors to help our Administrators work efficiently.
