For example, during the planning phase, Congruent's project team works with the customer to identify the model appropriate to the customer's unique requirements. In addition, unique requirements like defining the team structure, performance criteria, user interface standards, quality plan, maintenance plan keeping in mind, the service level expectations of the customer are configured into the SPLM™ framework
