Customers can get information about the project progress against plan, metrics, and register issues to be solved and view several project reports. SPLM™ promotes collective and collaborative project management and ensures that the customer is always in the loop. To simply put, SPLM™ is designed to give complete peace of mind to our customer.
For example, during the planning phase, Congruent's project team works with the customer to identify the model appropriate to the customer's unique requirements. In addition, unique requirements like defining the team structure, performance criteria, user interface standards, quality plan and maintenance plan keeping in mind the service level expectations of the customer are configured into the SPLM™ framework.
