Congruent Research Lab (CRL) is a farsighted initiative undertaken by us. CRL serves two purposes, one, it acts as a lab where we experiment newer technologies and are tested, two, we undertake Research Outsourcing assignments on behalf of organizations that would want to make a rational decision on the choice of technology.

CRL operates under the aegis of Mr. Dorai Thodla, a Silicon Valley veteran.

CRL works on technologies such as, Web 2.0 interface – (Ajax, Mashups, RSS, RIAs), SaaS, web 2.0 interface, Ajax, .Net Orcas, MS Analytics, and Semantic Web.

The researchers of Congruent Research Labs (CRL) are constantly updating themselves with the latest developments in the technology world and innovatively leveraging them to push the limits of what can be done using technology. CRL does live by Congruent’s philosophy of ‘We don’t limit challenges; we challenge limits”. The end results are solutions that will benefit their fellow developers to achieve operational excellence. This initiative also helps further increase Congruent’s capabilities in newer technologies.

The following are the recent innovations of the CRL members.

CODE SEARCH: The searches made in Google code-search and MSN code-search are combined and filtered for specific keywords using .NET technology. This will benefit the software programmers who might look for the similar keywords for the purpose of their projects by reducing the time taken for specific code segment in their developmental activity.

MIND MAP: A Web scrapper utility, running in the background, keeps updating the MySQL Database for the latest API from the Programmable web. Developers can have an immediate reference of the list of API that is available on the web as well as the mashups which can be used in their projects.

FLASH BASED AD ROTATOR: This is a simple plug-in User Control inherited from generic AdRotator component of .NET. This component is to be added to the project and called wherever necessary. An XML file used by the AdRotator component can be utilized in projects which involve Flash based Advertisements to be posted on websites.
