Mangudi 'MsS' Subramaniam (MsS) has over two decades of experience in managing complex IT projects. He spent seven years in the Silicon Valley, managing a variety of challenging assignments at Hewlett Packard, Pacific Bell, and the County of Santa Clara.

MsS specializes in reverse logistics, datawarehousing and complex databases. He began his career with stints in leading consulting services companies in India, gaining exposure to manufacturing processes and logistics. He then moved to the United States and leveraged his skills in building leading edge, database driven applications for Fortune 500 companies.

MsS was the chief architect for implementing a comprehensive order fulfillment application for HP Americas and provided the guiding vision for several Ingres migration projects at Pacific Bell.

MsS comes to Congruent with a proven multi-tasking capability and an ability to plan, prioritize and manage complex projects under aggressive timelines.

MsS is a commerce and accounting graduate form the University of Madras.
