Chandru has around 18 years of experience in business consulting with clients in Asia, Europe and US. Over the last 4 years, Chandru has built the pension administration practice of Congruent and has overall responsibility for ensuring on-time, quality delivery to clients and thus ensuring overall client satisfaction. His focus has been in establishing processes, quality review mechanisms, establishing benchmarks for delivery standards and training the team in India on the domain.

Chandru played a key role in defining and implementing delivery processes to facilitate the pension administration practice achieving ISO 9001:2000 certification and thus putting Congruent among the select few companies globally to be certified in this domain.

Chandru is an Accredited Pension Administrator (APA) certified by the National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA), USA. He is among the first NIPA certified administrators to be certified outside the US
